“Hi I'm very sorry to say I'm so disappointed..a couple of years ago used your company every month.moved away so stopped ordering. recently started using you guys again but in the meantime of waiting a hell of a long time for my order and it being sat at the delivery depot for about 2 to 3 days I went to pets at home to get me through. So anyway your delivery arrived all packaging on my tins of food was all split and ripped the first two tins of Andrea Grant I used were okay but today opened two cans and what I can only to find that they were full of some kind of liquid and absolutely stunk.i am strongly disappointed in you guys hence the 1 star”

“The check out system is too compliced. I was sent back to choose a delivery option several times, desepite being told that if I did not make a choose the cheapest one would be used. This is not so, and I have difficulty each time I buy dog food from Millbry Hill.”
