I did have a problem when I did my last online order. I had forgotten my password so requested a new password. I believe I requested the password change on saturday but did not receive a change password email. As I was trying to buy a sale item that was in short supply I was afraid I would lose the item. I got round the problem by setting up a new account with a different email address so I could place my order but that was a bit of a nuisance. As well as the password email I also tried contacting them by a direct email. Neither email was responded to until monday.
