“Delivery was fine but when opened the hesian sack that it arrived in the bag was bust completely in half”

“The delivery was efficient. My concern is that I bought a reversible Ariat Gilet which was meant to have a plain outershell with large pockets etc and a check pattern inside without pockets. The item was delivered inside out which I found strange and the reason was clearly that the label was sown to the outershell not the inside!!!”

“The website was easy to use and the items were available. The delivery was very slow the order was placed on 27th August and arrived 5th September with the nylon packaging really dirty covering ourselves in black dirt after opening the parcel. I would also say this fails on the environmental front too as it was non recycleable nylon and not recyclable cardboard”

“The items I bought were a great price in the sale, however a different style to what was ordered arrived. The returns process seems so long winded, confusing and costs postage money, so resigned myself to keeping the unordered style. If this was easier, the transaction would have been perfect!”

“I ordered 3 x 20kg bags of Easi chick bedding, and was sent 3 x 10kg bags. I rang to point out the error and was told the missing 30kg would be sent to me - I heard no more until I emailed about a week later to find out what was going on. Communication could be better.”
