The bag was completely ruptured and delivered inside a white sack. The contents looked like they’d been swept up off the floor!

The website was easy to use and the items were available. The delivery was very slow the order was placed on 27th August and arrived 5th September with the nylon packaging really dirty covering ourselves in black dirt after opening the parcel. I would also say this fails on the environmental front too as it was non recycleable nylon and not recyclable cardboard

The items I bought were a great price in the sale, however a different style to what was ordered arrived. The returns process seems so long winded, confusing and costs postage money, so resigned myself to keeping the unordered style. If this was easier, the transaction would have been perfect!

I ordered 3 x 20kg bags of Easi chick bedding, and was sent 3 x 10kg bags. I rang to point out the error and was told the missing 30kg would be sent to me - I heard no more until I emailed about a week later to find out what was going on. Communication could be better.
