“Communication was good, all delivered intact and as promised. Delivery took a while and arrived in three parts despite Being the same product but I had been told it would so my expectations were managed. I would certainly shop with Millbry Hill again”

“Love the website and content and was kept up to date with delivery date by emails but all is let down by delivery costs. I brought an item that was too large cost £4.99 for p&p to return item will cost another £4.99 to reorder will cost another £4.99 nearly £15 all in so ‘discounts’ are a mockery. I’m not risking ordering another size in case that is also unsuitable and needs returning! The order email clearly states free collection so I’m very confused???”

“I ordered a pair of slippers size 7. On arrival I could see before taking them out that they were very small. They were a size 4, despite the box being labelled as a size 7. Clearly the products aren’t checked when being packed, for damage, marks or against the order details or this would have been noticed. I called and was told to return them; they hoped the remaining pair of size 7 in stock would be correct - no apology or effort to call me to confirm whether I’d be getting a replacement pair in the correct size, or a refund. I’m still waiting to hear or receive a replacement. Not the level of customer contact I expect - this is an opportunity to demonstrate great customer service, to show they care and to convert me to an ambassador who recommends to friends by putting things right and maintaining contact and updates on what’s happening.”

I can confirm that your return was only received on Friday afternoon up to the returns department. We are in the process now of trying to locate the correct size for you and obviously getting these disaptched for you. As advised, we will contact you when this has been rectified. The help I got with the choice of fabric was great, My Aunt is over the moon and when I spoke with her, she had already pinned the pattern out and was looking forward to getting started the following day. The price, service and delivery time were all exceptional. I will be back”
