“I ordered and paid for 6 wormers. Only 3 arrived. Delivery was slow but I put it down to current state of postal service. I e mailed re missin wormers and received a reply in minutes. Missin wormers were found and sent out next day. Also very slow to arrive but as before I blame post office.”

“I ordered a Barbour scarf and it arrived the first week of December. On your website it shows a teal green scarf, however a dark/forest green scarf has arrived. I would not have ordered if I knew it looked like this. I don’t know whether I was sent the wrong product or your images are misleading?? After sending an email on the 4th of December I am yet to receive a reply regarding a full refund including shipping costs for the return of the product.”
