“Ordered Monday 6pm & paid £9.99 delivery, was delivered 4pm Thursday afternoon. Expected delivery was Wednesday, won’t be caught like that again. Dog food very good, delivery very poor for price of delivery charge I paid.”

As you placed your order after the cut off on Monday, your order was then processed and dispatched on the Tuesday. Your estimated delivery date may have been the Wednesday but this is an estimated date and we do advise deliveries may take 1/2 working days. Hello Karen, Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. However, i would just like to advise you that the parcel ending up in the incorrect depot isnt actually our mistake. I can appreciate your frustration with this situation, but as advised this was a mistake via the courier. All we do is send all of the parcels to our local depot (sorting office) and they will then direct them to your local depot. Kind Regards, Millbry Hill.
