“I ordered online and FedEx had the wrong address uploaded. That was over a week ago and I still haven't received notification of when anything is arriving. Despite being told twice that it is on it's way. Previous order was fine no issues”

“Came to Millbry Hill during first lockdown having been let down by Pets at Home and Amazon both of whom could not fulfil my order for 15k dried dog food. Millbry Hill delivered quickly and at a better price. Since then I have returned several times and they always deliver when they say they will and at a competitive price. I just want to know that I can feed my dogs during this strange year, and now I am confident that I will be able to.”

“Product was a good price and despite reading a couple of reviews complaining about packaging I took the plunge and ordered (20kg bag of rabbit pellets). A couple of days later the large bag arrived which was sealed inside a larger and very robust sack. Very happy with purchase, price and way it was packaged. Would recommend.”
