I have used these hair extensions for about three years, always ordered the blonde set and dyed my hair to match. The hair extensions were gorgeously thick and versatile and I could do anything with them - even when I bought them with my pixie cut they blended beautifully. After shaving my head and not purchasing them for a year, I grew my hair back to my usual pixie and bought a pair in a dark brown shade and the decrease in quality is shocking. The hair is extraordinarily thin, utterly unblendable, it keeps tangling and it comes out of the box with an incredibly synthetic smell that made me gag. What makes it worse is I bought the exact same extensions I purchased a year ago and these are more expensive! I don't know what happened but I assumed they changed their hair supplier or something because these were a giant waste of money. I will forever be taking my business elsewhere. I attached pictures from one year ago and today so you can see the difference in quality. I had a pixie cut on both occasions.

Stupid stupid people. Stringing people along wasting their time, holding on to THEIR MONEY for what 6 weeks? Failed to deliver hair extensions for a wedding. Thanks for that!! ✨✨ mess me about with refund, obvious the item is lost. Make me wait until royal mail confirm that my item is lost before refunding me nearly £200 FOR 6 WEEKS??????? I threaten to force my Bank to refund me, oh like magic I can get a refund??? Why didn't you offer immediately? Why has this company had 4/5 different trading names in a decade? Pathetic. All of these reviews read like sponsored posts.

this was the sixth time i orders hair extensions by milk and blush, dirty looks, headkandy, i was so in love with the sets i got before and recommended them to my friends, but the one i got last week is really terrible. i ordered the seamless one for the first time. In the color second base, which i already had before. First of all the color is not the same at all. i loved the ashy shade but now the contrast between the dark and light shades is too extrem and didn't blended to my natural hair . But thats not the point what makes the new extensions that bad. The quality is not the same as before. i washed them with a silver shampoo, as i did to the other sets i got. and now i got lilac freckles all over the extensions. I showed it to my hairdresser and she says that from the bad hair structure the extensions got. when the structure is broken the color of the silver shampoo wont come out anymore, so i can now throw the hair in the trash On top of that i had too cut 4 cm after i washed the extensions for the first time. and the hair still looks not healthy at all. To be fair the quad weft i ordered too is the same quality i know from the company( a really good), but the seamless feels like a big waste of money, I'm really sad, because the money i spend on that hair extensions is wasted. Cant recommend these extensions to anyone anymore!

I will continue to write reviews until I get a refund for such poor quality hair. As you can see in other reviews including my own the hair gets matted gets dry so easily which proves it’s synthetic hair. After poor customer service I have wrote to trading standards to report the company for falsely advertising. I am having to take out the hair I only had fitted less than two months ago as I can’t even wear it down because it doesn’t stay straight it matts within seconds of brushing you can’t even put your fingers through it without having to pull and get the knots out .. please do not use for your professional extensions it really isn’t worth the hassle or money

I have had the 22inch blonde tape ins for two months now , first I noticed how quick the loss of hair was , which I reported for them to fob me off sadly now the hair is so dry and knotty constantly DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LOOK ELSEWHERE

If I could give zero I would. Customer service is shocking and very avoidant. The hair arrived late in the post, the tapes were not sticky at all and had to be re-taped. After washing the hair it feel dry, frizzy and damaged. It doesn't even feel like human hair. This is apparently professionally tape in, and just less than a week the hair feels dead, dry and has split end up the weft. Save your money and stick with viola or beutyworks. I have spent around 230 on this hair, I will be taking it further with the bank.

This an honest and fair review :-/ I don't like leaving negative reviews, however I would not want others to be disappointed. I placed an order with faster delivery option as I required the extensions for an event. The order never arrived. I emailed to track the order and was informed that the item was out of stock and wouldn't be expected until a month later! There was no infomation of this on the site at time of placing the order, only afterwards. I hoped there would be another option given that would still arrive on time and I emailed back and forth. Although emails were replied to promptly and politely, there was no real urgency or concern to help, only 1 option which was much more expensive and told they would not reduce any price, also I had to cancel previous order (refund is not immediate) and place the new order which is obviously very expensive. Although this isn't a positive review I try and find positives and they were polite and apologetic once I finally gave up trying to be given another appropriate option and requested a refund. The refund seems to have been processed straight away, however I will have to wait to see how long it takes Hopefully the site is updated regularly to ensure nobody has to wait a month for an order they are expecting within the next 2 days..... and left with 1 day to try and find another company to purchase from :-/ I have ordered with Milk and Blush before and the hair was nice, but I probably wont order here again mainly because I feel more could have been done to try and help ensure I was given a more appropriate option that would have arrived on time due to the fact this issue was no fault of my own.

Ordered clip ins 220grams Jet black 20” Have done some research of course before purchasing and the photos and videos that have been posted by milk + blush hair extensions looked so full and thick and didn’t see one photo where hair looked thin or anything like that, however when arrived earlier they are in fact very thin for 220g as I had real human hair extensions before that were only 200g they genuinely looked way much fuller and thicker that the ones I received from Milk+blush I wish hair extensions companies would stop making their hair look fuller on social media, than what they really are because people pretty much waste their money on things and it’s quite a shame as it’s not cheap Also another bad thing about these extensions is that I really do not think they are all “real” hair as I have curled them twice today and the curl just won’t stay at all, quite disappointed to be fair as I also found white strands in black hair which is clearly plastic Wouldn’t waste your money ! Have also emailed the team and had no response or any help from them At all Quite disappointing !

Really disappointed, milk and blush have changed the hair extensions. I used to get Parisian dreams but now the sandy highlighted is not as good quality, hair styles don’t stay in and they look cheap.

I’ve attached the pictures of what I call “expectations Vs reality” I thought the videos attached to each shade were such a good idea. I chose a shade which matched my hair perfectly ON VIDEO and then a load of yellow hair arrives… so confused. Will be returning it for a refund. What a load of BS

I've been a customer for 3 years, buying from Milk + Blush 3 - 4 times per year. My last purchase will be just that - My last! I ordered my usual colour but when it arrived it was 4 shades too light! My hair is a warm chocolate brown, the hair sent was an ash blonde and had a different shade to the one I ordered on the box. I emailed asking the girls to ring me as I didn't want to waste hours waiting for emails to be returned back and forth....they didn't and emailed me back hours later saying that it IS the correct hair shade but with a name change and in an old box - confusing! The emails continued back and forth wasting 48 hours of my time trying to convince them it was wrong - even e-mailing photos of my last set next to the new set showing how clearly different they were. In the end I had to dye them! £125 and i still had to dye them. They are a quad weft and are the worst set I've ever had! They go so thin towards the end are are a thousand different lengths. Awful. After 1 wash they are knotty and ratty. This has put me off EVER buying from them again. What a waste of very hard earned money!

I've been a customer for over three years, and I will no longer be buying their extensions. They switched to the new seamless wefts and now the colours are completely off and the hair is extremely poor quality. I sent them a photo of my second base product, which used to be a gorgeous colour and is now yellow and skunk highlighted - it looks completely different than the photo they advertised. They refused to acknowledge the product looked completely different than advertised, and the quality had changed. Very disappointing.

Due to the way these are made, the tones can appear to be a little more contrasting, however once fitted they do blend to the head thus reflecting the swatch. Very disappointed in this company, ordered from them in 2012 when they were called headkandy and my extensions lasted for several years in good condition. I ordered another set in april 2016 and was sent faulty extensions, (hair wefts were falling off the clips) - I sent them an image of them and asked to be sent a replacement set, which they agreed to after several emails. They made me pay for the original set to be sent back to them costing me £8.55 and only refunded me £3.50 of this, even though the product I was returning was faulty and should never have been sent to me in that condition. They also threatened to charge me for the replacement set if I did not send back the original set within 7 days. Horrible customer service.

I can see that a member of our Customer Care team did state that we would only be able to reimburse return postage costs of up to £3.50 however I do understand that seeing as the item was faulty we could have deviated from policy on this occasion so let me apologise for this. Terrible experience I received my goods covered in an oil substance with the packaging all ripped then had to be out of pocket to post back and customer service so unhelpful won’t use again

The hair is nice but much much thinner than I was expecting at a high price. I was expecting a lot more for the money I spent.

Worst extensions I’ve ever purchased. Feel silky smooth as soon as you get out the packet and then turn to horse hair after one use, feel the same quality as the cheap back stage clip ins. Clips are chunky so can be difficult to hide. Worst quality and expensive.

I ordered clip ins due to a recommendation from a friend. I’m usually a ponytail girl but now I’ve got my hair back in beautiful condition I thought why not give clip ins a go finally. This was my first time ordering human hair clip in extensions. I picked 20” seamless extensions, paid additional for them to be delivered within 1-2 days. I was excited to receive them as I was looking forward to putting them in and practice some styling before all the Christmas parties. My delivery had come, when opening to my surprise the box was empty, no extensions just clips for the extensions. The security seals finely broken, no hair nothing! I was actually quite angry and upset, and it’s actually triggered my anxiety as I’m very specific with things. it’s been a while since treating myself and especially because these are the first human clip ins I’ve ever purchased I was really disappointed. I spent some time going back and forth whether to order, but because I kept going back and having a look on the site I knew it was a sign to just get them. Something like this has never happened to me before so it completely threw me. I’m hoping this can be resolved, I’m confident that if the extensions were in the box this would of been a 5 star review. Have emailed the team, sent pictures and hoping this can be resolved

First time ordering from Milk and Blush and I have been left extremely disappointed. I paid extra for the hair to come within 2 days and I am still waiting. Spoke to someone from M+B and was told they had been shipped, this was a lie as they've only printed a label and not shipped them. Extremely disappointed and will tell friends to avoid. Gutted after hearing such good things about the hair.
