Two orders. Wrong sizes each time. Really, not good enough. I shan't bother with them again.

When my delivery came not the size or colour I was looking for but to try and return each item it cost €16 per item to be returned

I was delighted with this product and so excited. Unfortunately, 2 hours after my forage I looked down and the screw on lid had become detached and was missing. I had screwed it on tightly but it still came unloose and is now missing which makes the product unusable

Awful. I ordered and ask for this item not to be left unattended. Sorry we cant do that. Emailed constantly very rude curt und unhelpful. The item was left unattended and stolen. Absolutely no help they found with me. Refused to file a claim with the courier. No i have to file a claim in the small claims court €100 down the drain.

The picture of the bomber jacket very misleading, the jacket has a lot more padding than the image showed (more like the Michelin man). It cost me £6 for delivery, £15 to return it. £21 I will never get back, just to try on a jacket that looks nothing like the picture on the website ? Even worse my return is still about a mile from my house, 12 days after returning it. At this rate I'm not even sure I'll get back the cost of the jacket, let alone the £21 delivery costs !!

The goods ordered were sent to the wrong address by Military 1st. The reason this happened appears to be that the software used to ender the address changes the address at random when the Eircode (Irish Post Code) is entered. I contacted them about this proir to delivery, and they refused to accept responsibility for thier softwatre glitch, or to address the problem in any way. Will not use them again, will not recomend.

You get what you pay for. Used it for two days in Spain. Rained for one night and it leaked through the top sheet, seams at the zip corners ripped. Straight into the Bin with it.

No stars. I bought two pairs of Pentagon combat trousers. They came quick enough. One pair fitted, if a little tight. Second pair had enough room for another person in them. They were both meant to be the same size!!

I ordered a pair of MilTec gloves from Military 1st. The goods arrived on time but one glove had a tear in it. I contacted Military 1st to ask them to send a replacement pair to me. I spoke to Magda first and then Iwona. Their first response was to offer me 50% credit on the price of purchase so I could pay to get the item repaired myself. I told them that this was a suboptimal response - I required a new pair of gloves - I’m not going to go and get their faulty goods repaired at the expense of my own time. They refused to send a replacement pair of gloves citing Brexit legislating behind this decision which is transparently nonsense to say the least. I was then told that they were giving me a full credit which has yet to be received. Poor products and amateur abilities.
