The name would suggest equipment of a military standard , However this is not the case . It's expensive and not fit for purpose. I won't be buying from military 1st again .

Ordered two trousers, same size, same style, same brand. The fit was different so I returned both. The company's returns vendor is not the same as the seller. Know this before you order anything you risk needing to return. Its outsourcing apparently which made me uneasy. My return was paid for with parcel connect and sent with the recommended logistics vendor. 2 months later I haven't received a refund and today one pair of trousers was returned to me in a tattered envelop with no return message, very disappointed with the company and I'll be escalating to my local consumer protection aid.

Ordered 2 items on the 11th march,courier list or had no trace of items,then one item was oit if stock,they sent the single item again and this time after contacting them I was told that the courier is sending the item back as they failed to deliver for some reason not disclosed to me. I have received none of the items. This was a very disappointing and I would not recommend them

I made my order on the 15th January and its the 30th of January and i still havent received my order. I am from Ireland and i understand there are delays due to brexit, however, it would be helpful if this was made clear on the website, instead of saying 4-6 days deliver time.

I've ordered my package on the beginning of January. It was supposed to be a present. I paid 8€ for quick delivery just to make sure the package will be here on time. It was supposed come within 2-3 working days :D it is end of January and the package still didn't arrive. Didn't even get any notification about possible delays. I had to contact them myself asking what is going on with my order. They did not even email me saying that there is some delays. Very poor

Poor. 17 days later and goods not received. Package sent by non-trackable Post. I have to wait 30 days from the dispatch date to obtain a refund. Having to wait over 30 days to find out if the goods will ever arrive is incredibly poor service. The order was a birthday present for my partner. After the 30 days are up I will be ordering from a different company and will be lucky to have it in time for Christmas! Its the year of ecommerce and online shopping and its standard for packages to be delivered using a trackable delivery method.

So far, I have only managed to receive on order from Military 1st (which eventually arrived after two weeks). The second order I placed with 2-day delivery never materialised, and after an enquiry via e-mail, I was informed that the payment had failed. It would have been nice to be informed about the payment issue rather than having me wait for a week and start an enquiry from my end. I was asked to try a different payment method like PayPal which I do not use. I tried to place the order again and once again the oder was showing as "unpaid". When this happened with other companies, there usually was a customer service freephone number where one was able to place the order via the telephone. I have given up on ordering goods from your website.

I ordered a zippo lighter from Military 1st as a gift. It never arrived. The company had no answers to explain why. I was told to go to the post office to see if it was there. It was not. I was told to knock into my neoghbours to see if they collected it on my behalf. They did not. The company advertise good service. This is a lie. Would not reccomend.

We sent back the jumper because it was too small and ye sent back the same jumper. We knew the package hadn't being touched because the box was the same way we sent it back to you. Won't be getting business off us again.
