You get what you pay for. Used it for two days in Spain. Rained for one night and it leaked through the top sheet, seams at the zip corners ripped. Straight into the Bin with it.

No stars. I bought two pairs of Pentagon combat trousers. They came quick enough. One pair fitted, if a little tight. Second pair had enough room for another person in them. They were both meant to be the same size!!

I ordered a pair of MilTec gloves from Military 1st. The goods arrived on time but one glove had a tear in it. I contacted Military 1st to ask them to send a replacement pair to me. I spoke to Magda first and then Iwona. Their first response was to offer me 50% credit on the price of purchase so I could pay to get the item repaired myself. I told them that this was a suboptimal response - I required a new pair of gloves - I’m not going to go and get their faulty goods repaired at the expense of my own time. They refused to send a replacement pair of gloves citing Brexit legislating behind this decision which is transparently nonsense to say the least. I was then told that they were giving me a full credit which has yet to be received. Poor products and amateur abilities.

I ordered tac boots a few weeks ago and I only wore them once th y are uncomfortable and marked I don’t believe that these boots are brand new and I payed for 2-3 day’s delivery which cost €7.99 but didn’t get them until the 5th day. I am very disappointed in this product.

These german military boots copy are NOT leather and fail appart only after few weeks use by my school teenage boy. I am looking for my money back. These are NOT leather and very bad quality.

An ‘army’ belt needs to have some substance to it; what I got was a cheap & nasty strap that is unfit for purpose. The post delivery and return cost was 90% of the strap value but worth it to get rid of it. Such a pity as past purchases from this company have been excellent.

The name would suggest equipment of a military standard , However this is not the case . It's expensive and not fit for purpose. I won't be buying from military 1st again .

Ordered two trousers, same size, same style, same brand. The fit was different so I returned both. The company's returns vendor is not the same as the seller. Know this before you order anything you risk needing to return. Its outsourcing apparently which made me uneasy. My return was paid for with parcel connect and sent with the recommended logistics vendor. 2 months later I haven't received a refund and today one pair of trousers was returned to me in a tattered envelop with no return message, very disappointed with the company and I'll be escalating to my local consumer protection aid.
