“My order was received quicker than I expected. The trousers fit well and are made from a tough wearing material. The light colour white pixel patches appear to glow in the dark but that is only a minor detail.”

“I read a lot of positive reviews on Military 1st before I gave them my first order,unfortunately this was not my experience with them. I ordered an item,it was charged to my Credit Card but I never received it. It took some time with correspondence backwards and forewards before I received a refund,less the cost of postage.Not a good experience for me at all. I purchased the item from an alternate Company without a hitch.”

“I ordered a pea coat from Military 1st, but unfortunately the size was a bit too large, so I returned it to get a smaller size\. It has now been a week since I sent the item back, and I have received no refund and no update regarding the replacement\. I understand that returns and exchanges can take some time, but there has been very little communication, which is frustrating as a customer\. I expected better customer service and clearer updates on the status of my return and replacement\. Hopefully this can be resolved soon, but based on my experience so far, I can only give 1 star\.”
