“Very disappointed - ordered a web belt with a Marine Corps buckle, got a plain slide buckle. This was a VERY important distinction - apparently no thought goes into filling these orders, or there's no appreciation of what being a Marine means. Military 1st my ass.”

“I was two weeks waiting for my delivery but it never delivered. I emailed to ask when it would arrive, I received a reply but no update on my delivery. Package never left Heathrow for Ireland. I had to cancel my order”

“Quite pleased with Bivouac bag. It could use one extra loop strap at the opening end, this is to facilitate safe attachment of bag on a bicycle on top of panier bags using TWO bungee chords...I only used it for two nights but plan to use it again. I used a fleece beanie hat...not yet sure of it's function in rainy weather...but we will see. How to breathe when fully enclosed ? Used in the Cevennes France, Travels with Donkey (bicyle) by Robert Louis Stevenson who is lyrical on sleeping out”

“Good range of products stocked but....as I had to return the item I bought I incurred the full cost of return which was over €16 ....I did receive a refund this week but the whole return process took over a month! I will not be buying from you again based on the above.”
