“I ordered a pea coat from Military 1st, but unfortunately the size was a bit too large, so I returned it to get a smaller size\. It has now been a week since I sent the item back, and I have received no refund and no update regarding the replacement\. I understand that returns and exchanges can take some time, but there has been very little communication, which is frustrating as a customer\. I expected better customer service and clearer updates on the status of my return and replacement\. Hopefully this can be resolved soon, but based on my experience so far, I can only give 1 star\.”
