“Delivered on time. Product wasn’t as good quality as I expected. Paid €18.30 or there abouts. I was going to return the bag but going though you returns process you wanted me to paid €14.30. Sorry would use site again.”

“You have asked for a review so here it is. It’s a bit ridiculous to expect customers to return things themselves. We are in the 21st Century. Wanted the bigger EMT Pull Away bag as opposed to the EMT lite and was told I had to send it back and order a new bag. Not convenient at all, a shame. I didn’t bother in the end as the hassle of having to go to a post office (during working hours) is too much. It sounds ridiculous on my part although that’s my reality so, sorry 😅”

“I made an order on the 8th of December paying extra for a speedy delivery, despite this it still tells me the order is yet to be sent out. I wouldn't mind if I was told the order would take longer especially since it's Christmas and a busy time for shipping but it said I'd receive the order over a week ago. Again, I'm not upset but a more accurate guess as to the delivery time would have been appreciated”

“Hi I recently purchased one of your mens peak cap. I had ordered medium size and when it arrived although the label said medium it was impossible to wear as it was definitely a small size. I was considering sending back but the cost of returning and associated hassel has so far i have not done. Regards. Joe”

“I purchased a grey peacoat for my son and unfortunately when it arrived it was very creased and one of the lapels was very creased and bent. I ironed it numerous times and the coat is still creased. I was very disappointed as the coat cost 124 Euro”

“Ordered a beret in the biggest size they had, when it (eventually) arrived, ten days later, it was absolutely tiny. Wouldn't even sit on my head. When I went to return it for a refund, because there weren't any bigger sizes, I was charged half the cost of the beret to return it. Returns are free with other online shops, why not you? Very disappointing”

“While my dealings directly with Military 1st have so far been very good, I am very disappointed with their returns arrangements. On 1st February I dropped a parcel to their courier, fast way parcel connect, and 15 days later, it hasn’t even left their depot here in Dublin to be returned to England!”

“I bought these for outdoor use (hiking, camping etc) and I was disappointed that a product advertised a "Battle Dress" is quite flimsy with very poor quality stitching on the buttons (literally sewn on with the bare minimum of thread). I ordered a size 36 waist but I received XL which is slightly too big. I didn't exchange them for a L because that'd probably be slightly too small. Why sell a product by waist size if it's not manufactured by waist size? Battle Dress? Definitely Not! Hiking Camping? Probably Not! Lounging about at home? Perfect!”
