“Seems like a great store let down by their return policy claims. Make you want what you order as there's a 15€ shipping fee from Ireland (in my case). That's IF you can find a "parcel connect" to take it, as their website is outdated and most places they list doesn't exist or stopped dealing with them (one wonders why).”

“Instructions say - place black side up (to charge) - but there are 6 black sides - not sure which one is it? All look the same ;-). Another bad point is - once filled - there are no handles to carry it. Very akward to carry or lift 40gallons in a bag.. 2 x Strings supplied, but 4 x carrying holes? I gave 2 stars as the bag seems sturdy - so far..”

The insoles are removable and can be easily changed I'm afraid this is not the manufacturer's fault but the design of the boots. “I was interested in a bag on the Military 1st website and paid 6 euro for postage and packaging to receive it. Once i got it i realized the dimensions were not correct and then they charged a further 9.85 to return the package to them. So roughly 16 euros has been expended for an item they are selling. After much email correspondence my refund was given and would be mindful of customer service.”

“I ordered my package weeks ago, after emailing to see where it could be i was told It was lost, I asked to re-order and send it last week and have yet to receive anything again, I'm not sure if this is courier issue or the company. Paid express delivery also to get it quicker as I needed some of the items for work reasons that I then had to go without.”
