“Have had my Mango single speed for about a month now and absolutely love it. I’ve only ever owned MTB but want a good everyday bike for back and forth to work, pub, shops etc. This bike has just been great and I always get people asking about it as it White, Pink & Blue. Great bikes, Great Colours, Great Everyday bike”

“Credit where credit is due. I got my bike and had problems straight away, tried to alert customer service about the noises but was left too late before the crank arm fell off, they sent out new parts at a £30 deposit (still waiting for return of said deposit) and new parts still didn't cut the mustard. It wasn't until I seriously complained that I got a response, fortunately I lived approx 40 mins away from the warehouse and a staff member gracefully came and collected the bike and had it returned within 24 hours to my house. And since then I have done some serious riding and no problems. Maybe my initial cranks were just a flook mistake or anomaly. But I am very thankful that all the problems have been sorted out. I wouldn't deter anyone from buying a bike from here as it is a good piece of kit for the price and having a fixie relives most cyclists nightmares of indexing and fixing gears. I hope everyone is lucky and does not run into a problem.”

“Great bike, great value for money! Some great accessories; however, purchased mud guards to go with my custom OGx2 but they won’t fit with my pannier rack. Other than that, I very much like the bike!”

“I bought the original single speed mainly for my commute to work and it is great fun to ride. If, like me, you have a few bikes but all with gears then it is a bit of a strange experience to ride at first but soon you’ll be bombing around town much faster then any car. Recommended (P.S get the gatorskin tyres)”

“Excellent bike, stiff and lightweight so it feels very efficient and the ride is incredibly smooth and silent. The only negative I can think of is that I find the handlebar grips uncomfortable. Overall, great bike!”

“Brilliant. Service was very good and it was nice to be able to track the bike to know when it was being made and be sent updates. Bike was delivered quickly and was easy to put together. 10/10 best bike I’ve had”

“It’s not the bike I asked for as there was a shortage on the colour I wanted and the time line was a couple of days longer than advertised. However there was constant contact and the bike itself is excellent.”

“Received my bike 2 weeks ago nothing but problems from the start, tried contacting through there online chat and email no reply always replied before I received the bike. Lucky enough I have managed to sort most problems from my knowledge but I shouldn't have to, I also asked about time scale via the time scale indicator on the site and online chat both said 4-6 days it took nearly 3 weeks I would rather they said it would take longer than what it does. would I buy again from Mango unfortunately No.”

“I love this bike. Its really simple and attractive. Although not everyone approves of my chosen colour scheme! I struggled with the assembly - it came half built without instructions so I put it all together wrong. But I’m gradually fixing it! It’s my first single speed which takes a bit of getting used to but I think it’s going to be perfect.”

“I am not impressed with mango bikes. I ordered a few items and when my package arrived it was minus one item and another item had chipped paintwork. When I contacted you about the missing item, I was told it would follow soon as you didn't have it in stock. I feel like we should have been contacted about that instead of having to contact you. I emailed a few more times looking to see if the item had been sent on and was ignored. I feel as if your company spends too much time trying to be cool and write funny emails and sending packets of Haribo when you could be spending time on customer care. More than likely won't shop through you again and sure you know how far a bad review goes through fellow consumers.”

Hi Dara Sorry you've had a bad experience with Mango Bikes. Definitely not what we're aiming for. There was a delay in the delivery of the chain tool so we thought it better to send the bike then the accessory later. We probably could have communicated this better so we'll take your feedback and look to improve this. “Hi I ordered a custom bike for my son and had it delivered to Ostend, Belgium. Now we have troubles, because I can't hand it over to him. I want to ride this nice bike myself. We transformed it to a familybike and it's always taken by someone. Guess have to order another one... All my friends are jealous and ask where I got it from. Should I tell them, are not? That's the question. greetings Tom”

“Beyond pleased with my bike but most importantly the service! Initially bought a bike only to have it stolen the day i bought it. Thanks so much for the bike lock you sent me with the replacement bike i bought that was very kind of you. My only gripe would be please please stop using parcelforce they’re literally the worst had nothing but bother with them with regards to delivery.. but this was completely out of Mango’s reach so blame really goes to parcelforce for wasting my time getting me to sit and wait in the house for 2 days only for it to be a ‘failed attempt’ both times. Many thanks again !!”
