“The problem with this bike is that it makes cycling too much fun. I want to ride everywhere, all of the time. I never thought of myself as a cyclist particularly, but I saw a Mango bike and loved the look of it. This is the best cycling experience I’ve ever had! Because it has made me love cycling!”

“Very nice bike. Rides easy. Would recommend to use 17 t freewheel as standard instead of 16 which is to “heavy” for most people. Just replaced 16 t to 17 t and instantly hippier. Would also recommend that the weight of the 3 wheels (mango Black, Miche Express and mango 3 spoke) is mentioned - the mango 3 spoke looks very good but is quite heavy.”

“First met the Mango bike team at the London Bike Show. I was very impressed so built and bought my girlfriend a single speed bike. It looks amazing and rides really well!!! She gets loads of attention about her bike and I’m definitely in the good books. Thanks Mango - I’ll be ordering mine soon.”

“Really happy with my bike. The finish is excellent, the saddle in particular is very comfy. Bike is light and handles well. Cant fault the service at this point. No instructions in the box so something maybe to add as not everyone knows how to fit the parts.”

“Bike is good and I’m happy riding it- took longer than expected (2 weeks). This would be fine but had to follow up with mango customer service instead of them letting me know there would be a delay. Bike was delivered without the necessary tools to build it- have mentioned this to customer service member in live chat - he has read my message but not responded (two days ago)-”

“Really pleased with my Mango Langdale bike. It looks great and is a really smooth ride. The components are well made and easy to adjust. Unfortunately got a puncture on my very first ride but Mango sent a replacement inner tube straight away and I haven't had any issues since.”

“Fantastic experience with the team. Emails answered promptly and bike delivered quickly. The bike itself (Gus) is brilliant and a real headturner. The paint job is unique and components of a high quality. This bike has helped me fall in love with cycling again. “Fast to respond to emails before you buy, but expect NO response afterwards. Bike delivered (eventually, after a LONG wait for it to be 'custom built') with no instructions, no tools and no customer support whatsoever. The bike makes suspicious clicking noises already and will have to go to the shop as Mango can't be bothered to reply to me all week. Original Single Speed bike seems ok aside from the clicking. Saddle is relatively comfortable. Bought it because I didn't want anything special and it is indeed not anything special. Feels very similar to buying from sports direct - once they've got your money that is that and don't expect any help or customer service at all. To be honest buying a bike from sports direct would have probably been less stressful. I am not sure whether to give a 1 or 2 out of 5 as the experience has been woeful but lets go with 2 because I'm a nice guy.”

“Repeated attempts to fix the right pedal, now this time the pedals seem to be wobbling (I have video). Also removing and attaching, removing and attaching that pedal seems to have scratched all the black paintwork around the crank arm. Not great. So nearly £400 later I now have a bike with a clicking crank, a scratched crank arm and wobbly pedals. Double not great.”

“Great bike delivered! Just as it was ordered. Delivery time was slightly long as it took almost two weeks to deliver,but, it’s a custom made bike and I can live with that. It’s a great company with amazing response times in questions and attitude towards customers.”
