“I was struggling to find this item on the shops but Lyco had it well presented on thier site and a selection of options available. This was the simplest process and fastest delivery of a product I have ever bought online. It was well packed to protect it from damage as it is a fragile item. Full marks to Lyco.”

“Website not particularly easy to use. It suggests that there are more products available than I manage to access. I used to find the old and very large catalogue easier.”

I am sorry you have had a problem with the website we are constantly improving this to ensure accesability and ease of use and welcome any comments that may help with this process. “Good company. excellent range of products. A bit pricey at times. Please give the option of Post Office delivery rather than courier: for domestic customers it's often more convenient.”

Unfortunately due to the fragile nature of the goods we supply the Royal mail service would not be possible but we have just changed the courier service we offer to better reflect customers needs. “I think it is a bit ridicuous that Lyco did not send our order because we took a long time to settle previous invoices, especialy when two days previously they had already despatched an order to us!”

I am sorry you had to wait for your order. Lyco will always make a judgement in cases like this and look at the account history to decide. If there is a period of non-payment it may well affect the decision to dispatch as in most businesses. Kim Puttick Customer Service Manager

“Excellent speedy service at very good prices. The website is genrally easy to use but sometimes it is not easy to find the specific product you require from the description headings on the first page. It can take a bit of digging which can be a bit frustrating.”
