“I found the Lyco website when googling for a shaver light. They had what seemed to be the ideal item though I was initially deterred by the fact that the listed price increased by about 60% when VAT and a hefty charge for packing and posting were added (VAT charged not only on the item but also the packing and despatch). The item was beautifully packed and arrived quickly. When I notified customer services that it was faulty, they replied promptly and courteously and gave me a full refund.”
