“Excellent communicationand very speedy delivery. Unfortunately despite good packaging of a fragile item, it was broken by the time of receiving it. That said, on reporting to Lyco, a refund was immediately made. My experience of the way Lyco do business can only be described as excellent and I will not hesitate to deal with them again in the future.”

“Good variety of products available. Great service, very prompt delivery. I ordered 25 chandelier bulbs. Unfortunately one of them blew within an hour of fitting, but otherwise very satisfied.”

“This is the first time I have dealt with LYCO and I was very immpressed with there service. Because of the fragile nature of the product I purchased. Other traders refused delivery or requested extra delivery charges, not so with LYCO. Also there product was considrably cheaper. Well done LYCO I will have no hesitation to purchase from you in the future. PS. By the way the items arrived well packed and in perfect condition.”

“I know little about Lyco except that they are one of only a couple of suppliers of the product I needed to replace. They had the right size of shaver light at an acceptable price.”

Mr Reed I am sorry you have had a problem with the product you purchased. Should the product be deemed faulty please contact customer service who will arrange for the item to be collected for return to the manufacturer and a replacement to be sent out immediately. Customer Services Manager

“Follow up orders can take ages and it causes problems with free postage and packing when items are dispatched later due to them not being in stock at the time of ordering”
