“The website was clear and easy to use, but the omission of VAT and postage from the stated price means that there's a big increase from the price you initially see to the price you pay at Checkout. There's also only one option for postage (next day) so it is quite costly. I would have preferred to see the full price up front (VAT is unavoidable, so why omit it?) and an option to have slower cheaper shipping.”

I am sorry you have had a problem fitting the purchased item. To conform to the IP rating the item is designed to be hard wired into the bathroom circuit so the wire would have to come out of the wall directly behind where the unit is to be mounted and through the gromit at the back to ensure a watertight fitting suitable for a bathroom. I am sorry you had a problem with the packaging. We have trialled many different options but this recycled card is the only type that fulfilled all our requirements being secure for the fragile items and cost effective but also extremely environmentally friendly being not only recycled from outer cartons here but then recyclable at the end user too. “I was struggling to find this item on the shops but Lyco had it well presented on thier site and a selection of options available. This was the simplest process and fastest delivery of a product I have ever bought online. It was well packed to protect it from damage as it is a fragile item. Full marks to Lyco.”

“Website not particularly easy to use. It suggests that there are more products available than I manage to access. I used to find the old and very large catalogue easier.”

“Good company. excellent range of products. A bit pricey at times. Please give the option of Post Office delivery rather than courier: for domestic customers it's often more convenient.”
