“I think it is a bit ridicuous that Lyco did not send our order because we took a long time to settle previous invoices, especialy when two days previously they had already despatched an order to us!”

I am sorry you had to wait for your order. Lyco will always make a judgement in cases like this and look at the account history to decide. If there is a period of non-payment it may well affect the decision to dispatch as in most businesses. Kim Puttick Customer Service Manager

“Excellent speedy service at very good prices. The website is genrally easy to use but sometimes it is not easy to find the specific product you require from the description headings on the first page. It can take a bit of digging which can be a bit frustrating.”

“I don't know much about them; I googled the bulbs I needed and their website was the easiest to use so I ordered from them. The packaging was enormous for 8 small bulbs. Maybe this could be reduced in size; as it was bulky for me to dispose of. I would order from them again.”

“Always good and helpful - the wide range of bulbs means that we need not look elsewhere. However, the wastage of paper with catalogues is too much. Why not split them - as I never want janitorial products. I would like a catalogue and then a section on the website showing new products. Then another catalogue - maybe every 6 months only?”
