“I would think twice when ordering from these two companies because I duplicated the order & emailed them within 5 minutes to cancel one of them but & still got both orders & now I have to pay to send it back I am sorry but the product is very good”

“Ordered a down light from lyco. The order process was straightforward and good communication. The delivery process was not fedex delivered the item 2 days later than stated obviously priority service from FedEx means they can please themselves when they deliver”

“Purchased a plug and play light system a few years ago I needed to replace a couple of extension leads When i received my order the new 3way extension leads were not compatible to my original old 3 way leads due to the manufacturer having to alter the design i think it was a European desision With these new extension leads I can’t screw on the waterproof plastic cover to keep them waterproof tight also had to cut the plastic conectors on my original cables to fit into these new style extensions My lights cables are now hopefully waterproof using electrical tape which is not good I will still rate Lyco as very good but it would be good to know before purchasing that the design has changed and are now not easy to plug in and play”
