“What is wrong with Lyco website. This was the second occasion that it failed to recognise my debit card details. This time your credit vetter rang me and he took the details. But it was still to late to get the delivery before the bank holiday. I am sure that I am not the only one having this problem”

“Absolutely brilliant service. An outside light I bought had a fault and I emailed customer service to enquire how to return it. They replied saying they were sending a new unit by next day delivery and it duly arrived as they had promised. I did not have to bother sending the faulty unit back so all in all, a very satisfactory outcome!”

“Really helpful. I ordered the wrong type of bulb and when I informed them they quickly despatched the right type and are in the process of issuing a refund on my original order.”

“Service from Lyco Excellent but delivery company difficult to deal with I wasn't in to accept delivery tried calling mobile number on delivery card no answer second call went to answer machine but no call back. Called main number only to receive an automated booking system when it would have been better to talk to a person who was able to talk to me. Get a new delivery company a keep your customers PS not receive delivery yet”

Thank you for your comments I am sorry you had a problem with recieving your delivery. We are currently trialing a new carrier service to resolve the problems we had encountered. I can confirm more than 98% of parcels have been delivered on time since the start of trial and any cards left have had positive response from the carrier company usually resulting in a next day re-delivery.
