I am pleased you goods arrived in good condition. To enable us to store and offer recycled packaging we have cut down on the variable sizes of outer carton so although your box may have seemed large it was the most viable option and as our deliveries are costed by weight rather than size also the most cost effective. “Service is very good apart from the five emails telling me that a. password reminder b. confirmation order number c. your order number xxxxx has been despatched (from sales) d. your order has been despatched,again (this time from customer service) e. invoice from sales dept. All for good communication but this was a bit over the top.”
