“I have been using lyco for years - mainly for bulbs for my large house. Excellent service. Recently I bought 30 bulbs over the web, and the discount wasn't applied. I emailed Lyco, and they immediately gave me the discount via a refund.”

Unfortunately the lighting industry has been hit hard with price rises in the metals used in production of lamps. Prices have risen dramatically in the past few months, that said Lyco have a system of price checking in place which ensures we stay level or better on price than our competition. “Web site very easy to navigate, orderform clear, delivery on time as promised. packaging probably more volume than neccessary but all goods undamaged. Will use Lyco again.”

“Really good range of lighting products. Nice to see that there are still some itemds in the catalogue that were there some years ago. As a business it's nice to know that we can replace emergency/standard light fittings with the original pattern items we bought from Lyco 6 or 7 years ago to kit out our new 4 bedroom extension. My only minor criticism is that the boxes they use to transport items in seem a little flimsy and are often damaged when they arrive: That said the contents are always well packed and rarely suffer damage.”

“I think LYCO is a great company and is very efficient in how it delivers . The problems I have had is writing several times to the web site and not receiving any feedback this time. We did buy the tubes to go greener but we were not told how to prepare for the tubes, what was required, any alterations to the existing fittings, whether these will work or not work and sadly this time round LYCO were only interested in making a sale. I now have tubes that I a, unable to use as I have to get hold of an expert to tell me what I need to do to make them light up.”

I am sorry you have had a problem with these lamps, they are compatible with most fittings (with only a small adjustment on certain types of fittings) but all details of this adjustment are clearly stated in the description wording on the item page. Due to safety we are unable to advise on electrical fitting and would always recommend you contact a certified electrician to make any necessary adjustment. Jayne Bates Customer Service

I am sorry you did not originally receive the correct amount of lamps. Occasionally human error does occure when the goods are being picked and I can see we dispatched the outstanding lamps the following day and can only apologise for any inconvenience this caused. Jayne Bates Customer Service

“Rapid service delivery from click to deliver. Confusion over invoice statement of Osram 100w bulbs when 150w were orderd and four received; one 75w - not ordered received.. Otherise oreder complete”

I apologise for any error on your order. The lamps are an Energy saver which means although the wattage stated is 100w you get the same output of a normal 150w incandescent lamp so this is correct as per your order.
