I am sorry you did not originally receive the correct amount of lamps. Occasionally human error does occure when the goods are being picked and I can see we dispatched the outstanding lamps the following day and can only apologise for any inconvenience this caused. Jayne Bates Customer Service

“Rapid service delivery from click to deliver. Confusion over invoice statement of Osram 100w bulbs when 150w were orderd and four received; one 75w - not ordered received.. Otherise oreder complete”

I apologise for any error on your order. The lamps are an Energy saver which means although the wattage stated is 100w you get the same output of a normal 150w incandescent lamp so this is correct as per your order. I will contact you to resolve the missing lamp and send on immediately. Jayne Bates Customer Service
