Due to the very fragile nature of the goods we sell we have tried various packaging methods over the years, the packaging we now use may seem extravagant but it ensures damages are kept to a minimum whilst being made from recycled products and totally recyclable after use. “The web site was easy to use and creating a new account was also easily achievable. Delivery of the items purchased was quicker than expected, the only downside being that the delivery firm left them to the wrong address!”

“A truly wonderful all-round shopping experience. Lyco not only offer excellent products but also next day delivery, unlike a lot of other companies who don't seem to appreciate that customers have lives to live and can't sit around wondering when deliveries will arrive. Also impressed on how well Lyco had packaged delicate items such as fluorescent tubes. Would definitely buy from Lyco again.”

“I did not receive exactly what was on the picture but what i did get was good enough. I expected genuine Crompton bulbs but |I received a different make”

I am sorry we were unable to send the lamps as advertised, occasionally we have to substitute with a lamp with an equivalent spec, this is a last resort when the manufacturers cannot supply within a reasonable time. In this case we would always be happy to collect and refund should the alternative not be suitable for your requirements. Jayne Bates Customer Service
