“Service is very good apart from the five emails telling me that a. password reminder b. confirmation order number c. your order number xxxxx has been despatched (from sales) d. your order has been despatched,again (this time from customer service) e. invoice from sales dept. All for good communication but this was a bit over the top.”

“poor communication. Item was advertised as next day delivery which is why I ordered. After almost a week I called to be told the item was not in stock.”

I am sorry you were disappointed with your order not being available for next day delivery. Although we usually keep stocks of these items we cannot always guess purchasing patterns and are occasionally caught out. This is the reason the quantity currently in stock is shown on the webpage so you may choose to shop elsewhere if none shown in stock at the time of order. Jayne Bates Customer Service

“Service is excellent. They just need to sort out the website as every time you go onto a new page it disappears to the bottom of the screen making it look like the screens gone blank.”

Thank you for your feedback the problem you are having with the website is not something I have heard of before or can replicate when on the website. I think it must be something to do with the settings on your computer rather than our website. I hope you can resolve this but please call us if the problem continues and we will try to help.
