“The website didnt give as much information as I would have like, I ordered the wire lighting system, the info did not tell me how big the transformer was..I have no access to a loft and there was nowhere to hide it . Although it was straight forward to send the package back I was not prepared for the shock of paying £23 for postage to return the item...will not be ordering again..cant afford it if I have to return”

“When i received my single 400mm circular flourecent bulb it was broken, I phoned Jayne at their after sales dept who was very pleasant and helpful and i received a replacement in working order within a couple of days.”
