“First time I have ordered anything from them. Everything went smoothly. I was impressed by the amount of packaging used to make sure I received the product in one piece. I probably should have been encouraged to buy a spare bulb.”

“excellent selection of products at very competitive prices, very fast delivery. My only negative comment is I think the carriage costs are slightly excessive.”

We have tried various methods of transport over the years and only Fedex have offered us the careful handling our goods need and reliability and courtesy our customers deserve so although they are slightly more expensive we believe it is worth that little extra. “Order was delivered satisfactorily but did take a long time to do so. The wait for the product was about 2 months. Your staff said they would email me when the order was filled, but did not. Not a big problem, but you did ask!”

Thank you for your feedback Graham. I am sorry for the long delay in your order this item was out of stock with the manufacturer for a long time and therefore unavailable to us. I have checked on the dispatch message you should have recieved and changed the settings on your account to allow emailed messaging so this should not be a problem for the future. Apologies for this. Last year Lyco teamed up with Fedex to offer our Next day delivery service and have never looked back, the care and attention paid to our often very fragile parcels has been superb and the tracking is also very helpful should you need timings on your parcel delivery.
