I am glad you were ultimately pleased with your order. After many trials we have found the best way to get the delicate products we sell out in one piece is in the packaging we now use. It is fully recycled and recyclable and although the box is often larger than neccesary this again cuts costs allowing us to have stock of a limited number of carton sizes. As all our parcels are charged per box(up to 10kgs)via Fedex the weight is not an issue for us.

“Having bought Lyco products over a number of years I have always been satisfied with their service and the price. This time I was amazed to see the same Bathroom Mirror with Flourescent strip light was still the same price. I should have checked the measurements, was shocked to see it had shrunk to half the previous size. It seems to be happening to everything.”

“Love the products and speedy delivery, not so happy about the amount of packaging used for small items and would appreciate a free delivery option (when speed is not an issue).”

We have tried various packaging materials in varying quantities over the years but the current packaging is the only one that is fully recycled and protects the delicate items sufficiently. With the costs of transport so high at the moment we are already paying way more than the charges levied so this would not be an option although we would love to do so. “lyco packing needs looking into as on the last two orders the way its pack meant that the starters were damaged as they were at the bottom of the packing”
