“They should have a package that allows for smaller amounts, the box my light came in was big enough to contains 25 items of the same size. Somehow all the pagaing was on top of the light, and it had sunk to the botton corner, so most of the benefit of the packaging was lost anyway. The picture of the item was very hard to see on the website, it was white with a little bit of chrome on the edge, with a very light background so it was a bit of a punt to check it was OK. If you used a background of blue or some other colour, then it would have been a lot better. The product seems fine, it has still to be fitted.”

“The only problem I find is that the information on the internet is not always good enough. I purchased 4 external lights recently, the information stated that you need to order the bulbs separately, but, did not tell you which bulb was required. Had to phone customer services to confirm which bulb was required.”

We are working hard to make the website consumer friendly to ensure it is easy to find what you want quickly but at the moment there are certain restrictions that mean we cannot label the lamps alongside the fittings, we are working on this and hope to offer this in the future. “Our circular flourescent tube blew. It was one of a pair. We tried to replace the 'bulb' at B & Q and on line at the other 'major DIY stores' but with no luck. BY CHANCE I CAME ACROSS LYCO and found just the tube I needed - so I ordered 2! THEY ARRIVED AT 9.30 THE FOLLOWING MORNING as a standard delivery. Now is that service or is that service? Now saved in my 'favourites' for the next problem.....”
