“They have a good response, but unfortunately the goods I expected turned out to be somewhat different from what I understood them to be and therefore were not f the right size for my fittings. Without the original text I don't know if there was a lack of information in the description on the website, or I missed something of significance”

Unfortunately due to the incandescent lamps you purchased being discontinued and almost out of stock the manufacturers have put the prices up a number of times and we have no alternative supply to provide competitive pricing. “They should have a package that allows for smaller amounts, the box my light came in was big enough to contains 25 items of the same size. Somehow all the pagaing was on top of the light, and it had sunk to the botton corner, so most of the benefit of the packaging was lost anyway. The picture of the item was very hard to see on the website, it was white with a little bit of chrome on the edge, with a very light background so it was a bit of a punt to check it was OK. If you used a background of blue or some other colour, then it would have been a lot better. The product seems fine, it has still to be fitted.”
