“Good selection of products at reasonable prices. Product information is usually good so you can order with confidence. Great service - I placed my order at around 23.00 and all the stuff arrived at 08.00 on the second day.”

I am pleased our service has been to your requirements and that your lamps work well in normal circumstances. This type of fitting is not designed to be used with any sort of dimmer or electrical switching device as this would cause interferance with the electronic ballasts and would shorten the life and reliability of the lamps which is as you have mentioned. Thank you for leaving feedback. The changes we have made to the website seem to have made things easier and am pleased that is the case. Due to LED still being quite a new main light source the technology is improving all the time and we have been at the forefront of bringing these lamps into the mainstream. Due to the Government legislation on incandescent lamps the soft tone lamps are now becoming rare but we have managed to source a low energy alternative that will hopefully fill that gap going forward. Kim Puttick Customer Service Manager

I am pleased we have offered the service you required. We have made changes to both the packaging and the carrier we use to ensure the goods are received in the best possible condition, unfortunately due to the very delicate nature of the products we offer odd breakages do occur but are quickly and efficiently dealt with by speaking to Customer Services. I can see you have had free of charge replacements for a batch of the golfballs in 2009 but have had no further contact with regard to early failures. Please advise Customer Service if you are still having problems with this and they will investigate fully. Kim Puttick Customer Service Manager
