“They have a good response, but unfortunately the goods I expected turned out to be somewhat different from what I understood them to be and therefore were not f the right size for my fittings. Without the original text I don't know if there was a lack of information in the description on the website, or I missed something of significance”

Unfortunately due to the incandescent lamps you purchased being discontinued and almost out of stock the manufacturers have put the prices up a number of times and we have no alternative supply to provide competitive pricing.
