“I find the online catalogue difficult to use - I often have to look things up in my old paper issue then search for the code online - it's quicker. The online catalogue doesn't allow a page-by-page search which is very frustrating.”

“Fast Please re-stock 100X clear incandescent bulbs. The low-power alternatives are rubbish.”

Thank you for your custom. We were unfortunately unable to supply 100w incandescents once our current stock was depleted due to the manufacturers decision to stop production in line with the governments low energy policy. The leading alternative is now LED lighting which may be a option if you do not get on with the low energy lamps, should you need any help or advice on this please do not hesitate to contact our Sales team who would be pleased to talk you through your options.
