“Excellent service - very quick delivery. Only negative comment, can never find the tubes I am looking for online always have to ring for a product code.”

Helpful Report

Posted 15 years ago

Thank you for your comments. We have made a number of improvements to the website to make selection easier but with the vast array of tubes and very slight differences between them it may be worth checking with the sales team if you are unsure they are always pleased to help ensure you get the correct item first time. “They did exactly what they said. Delivery was good. Carrier's tracking is slightly misleading for Orkney. "Out for delivery" seems to mean being shipped to Orkney using local carrier which in practice means another 24 or 48 hours. We were not unduly bothered by this. Bulbs arrived undamaged but were loose and rattling in the inner box.”

“The fluorescent tubes I ordered arrived in good condition on time. I would have preferred it if there was a minimum order of 1 instead of 5 tubes.”

Helpful Report

Posted 15 years ago

Thank you for your comments we are unfortunately unable to offer less than 5 pcs on the fluorescents due to the packaging we have to use, this specially designed box has cut down on breakages by keeping the lamps rigid in transit. Kim Puttick Customer Service Manager
