“good buy will use again in the future if need pity then sent 60watt instead of 40watt that was ordered hopefully it will be ok in my kitchen light”

I am sorry to hear you have had a problem with one of our products. This is one of our popular lines and we have had no previous problems of this kind and would have been happy to exchange the original item for you.
