“ok quick service-and everything as ordered. However...the box and packging was enormous for such a tiny number of bulbs. a terrible waste of resource there.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, we have tried many different types and quantities of packaging but found the recycled card filled boxes protect the goods and are environmentally friendly too, we always use the smallest box available for the goods but unfortunately limited storage means we are restricted to 4 sizes of box. “I am not a frequent buyer, however every time I have needed you your service has been impeccable. the one failing was Fedex who failed to deliver on the first attempt. May have been me beiing unable to hear the doorbell. They redeemed them selves on following day. Packaging was excellent no breakages. Will recommend to all and saundry.”

“Bearing in mind that much of what Lyco sells is fragile, I was most impressed with the quality of packaging especially with regard to protecting the lights. Speed of delivery was amazing, arriving early the morning after the order was placed.”
