I am sorry to hear you have had a problem with one of our products. This is one of our popular lines and we have had no previous problems of this kind and would have been happy to exchange the original item for you. “General service great. Next day delivery, Only complaints - huge box full of heavy packing for small item - well proteced but bit OTT and explains heavy P+P f or small items. Service is aimed more at arger purchases but sometimes smaller is required!”

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, we have tried many different types and quantities of packaging but found the recycled card filled boxes protect the goods and are environmentally friendly too, carriage costs are set by Fedex and are one price for any size parcel up to 10kgs so the extra packaging doesnt impact on the price as much as you might think.
