“This was a first class service, I placed the order for a number of items they arrived the next day, all appeared fine until we opened two light fittings and we found both bulbs had broken. I informed customer service's out of hours by e-mail that same evening, I was contacted the next day and they appologised, the replacements were here the next day. I cannot fault this kind of service.”

“good buy will use again in the future if need pity then sent 60watt instead of 40watt that was ordered hopefully it will be ok in my kitchen light”
