“As a company - good in general. A big but that almost makes me consider stopping using them. After placing the last two orders and receiving them I then received a really good discount deal which I would obviously not use as I had just put all I required on the recent delivery. The first time it happened whilst annoyed, I thought it just a coincidence. The second time, however, I felt it was designed and triggered by my order and a marketing ploy. A very bad choice by Lyco. If it happens next time I may well ring and tell them what they can do. After you have sat and studied offeres and your requirements then to receive and email offering a discount of something like 20 or 25% off all products for a limited period really does make your blood boil. The management should look at this.”

I am so sorry you have not had the opportunity to use the discount deals, they are definately not triggered by an order despite the unfortunate timing. These offers change each week and are not specifically targeted to a customer but offered via email to all customers at the same time. As a rule the general % discounts do tend to be offered towards the end of the month. Please dont let this put you off ordering with us in future its always worth a look at the deals offered each week. Kim Puttick Customer Services Manager

“This is the first time I have used them, the service was superb, the order came in a couple of days, 10 tubes, out of the 10 one does not work but I guess these things happen from time to time, don't want to complain about one duff tube.”

Due to the type of products we offer they are only insured if sent via a carrier. We have tried various carriers but the most cost efficient and reliable by far have been Fedex, who we now use,despite being more expensive (especially on smaller orders) than some methods of delivery we believe the cost is justified to know your delivery will be handled with care and delivered in good order on the day required.
