Good Morning Mr Firstbrook Many of the T tubes have a rattle and this should not affect their performance in any way if however your tubes have been damaged and do not work correctly please come back to us and we will arrange replacements as necessary. Kim Puttick Customer Service Manager

“I found the products I wanted and they arrived within 2 days by FedEx but it did not warrant that cost. Unfortunately Lyco's lowest cost of shipping is the fedEx route; shame a 3rd shipping category couldn't be made available e.g. post”

I am sorry you are unhappy with the delivery costs, unfortunately on a very small order it does seem rather high. We have looked into this but we are unable to send out with Royal Mail due to the fragile nature of the goods we sell. Kim Puttick Customer Service Manager
