I am sorry you have had a problem with your light fitting, we would be happy to replace this should you wish but can understand it may not be worth the inconvenience to you. I would also like to apologise on behalf of our carrier as your parcel was delayed by a day. All of our deliveries are sent out on a next day service and although not a guaranteed service it is very rare for Fedex fail on this, occasionally circumstances intervene and next day is not possible, this was the case on your delivery. “Originally went to Lyco for light bulbs and still do. Now they have a wider range of items and prices are competative. Packaging is good. Postage to Shetland would likely be cheaper if Lyco used Royal Mail or Parcel Force.”

“Required fluorescent tube replacement. Searched online for the part number. Lyco was one of the few sites where I could find the matching product. Ordered late Friday afternoon and parcel arrived before 10am on Saturday morning even though only asked for standard delivery. Thought delivery charge was high but turned out to be worth it .Had to order 5 although only needed 1 - but will keep rest in stock. Overall very happy.”
