Due to the type of products we offer they are only insured if sent via a carrier. We have tried various carriers but the most cost efficient and reliable by far have been Fedex, who we now use,despite being more expensive (especially on smaller orders) than some methods of delivery we believe the cost is justified to know your delivery will be handled with care and delivered in good order on the day required. I am sorry you are unhappy about the carriage charge. We have tried various carriers but the most cost efficient and reliable by far have been Fedex, who we now use,despite being more expensive (especially on smaller orders) than some methods of delivery we believe the cost is justified to know your delivery will be handled with care and delivered in good order on the day required saving both time and frustration for all involved.
