“The delivery charge is just rediculous expensive. I avoid using them if i can do alternative”

I am sorry you are unhappy about the carriage charge. We have tried various carriers but the most cost efficient and reliable by far have been Fedex, who we now use,despite being more expensive (especially on smaller orders) than some methods of delivery we believe the cost is justified to know your delivery will be handled with care and delivered in good order on the day required saving both time and frustration for all involved. “The service is very efficient BUT two of the bulbs have been defective so far ( I will not use all of them for at least a year) so these need to be replaced”
