“I found the products I wanted and they arrived within 2 days by FedEx but it did not warrant that cost. Unfortunately Lyco's lowest cost of shipping is the fedEx route; shame a 3rd shipping category couldn't be made available e.g. post”

I am sorry you are unhappy with the delivery costs, unfortunately on a very small order it does seem rather high. We have looked into this but we are unable to send out with Royal Mail due to the fragile nature of the goods we sell. Kim Puttick Customer Service Manager

I am so sorry you have had such a problem with your light fitting this is a very good seller for us and we have never had problems with the fitting previously. I will contact the manufacturer to see if they will replace the top part of the lamp as a gesture of goodwill and contact you with their reply. Kim Puttick Customer Service Manager
