“Fast & efficient service from a well planned and very user friendly web site. Good choice of payment options on a fast checkout page. Very competitive on price although I rate service first over any minor cost difference particularly on net purchases. Lyco have nailed exactly what internet selling is all about. Communication & information are spot on. Others in this market should take note, this is how to do it.”

I am sorry you were not happy with the transformer on the fitting. We have a 14 day change your mind guarantee and we would have been happy to accept the goods back for a refund or exchange. Some fittings are designed with a plug for customers who do not wish to hard wire the fittings in. Kim Puttick Customer Services Manager

“Quick delivery. Hard to get though to customer service as one of the bulbs had stopped working after 2 hours. Once I had spoken to customer service, they were very quick to send out a replacement.Thank you.”

“Normally very good service with prompt delivery, though our last order was muddled up with another customer, and we had to return their order and wait a few more days for ours to be delivered. Template apology email offered.”
