“Fast & efficient service from a well planned and very user friendly web site. Good choice of payment options on a fast checkout page. Very competitive on price although I rate service first over any minor cost difference particularly on net purchases. Lyco have nailed exactly what internet selling is all about. Communication & information are spot on. Others in this market should take note, this is how to do it.”

I am sorry you were not happy with the transformer on the fitting. We have a 14 day change your mind guarantee and we would have been happy to accept the goods back for a refund or exchange.
