“generally good service, occasional invoicing errors cause difficulties (ie give credit card at time of order, staff send out with invoice not credit card charge, very rude accounts staff chase)”

I am sorry you have had a problem with invoicing. Occasionally the bank will not let us process a credit card so for certain customers, to ensure your order is not held, we will send it out on an invoice unpaid. The accounts team should then advise the situation and request payment, at no point should they be rude, please accept my apologies, your comments will also be passed to the accounts manager for investigation. I am sorry you are unhappy with the products you have recieved and would be happy to take the product back under our 14 day Change Your Mind Guarantee if in accordance with our terms and conditions (available on the website). The wording under the picture does clearly state the fitting is "A great alternative to the traditional halogen powered spotlights, these quality downlights require a Philips Master GU10 7 Watt bulb" Kim Puttick Customer Services Manager
