Order delivery prompt. One item LED was faulty. Excellent Customer Service Advisor. Lyco replaced and provided an address label to print off & collected faulty goods at their cost. V/Good service.

My first order was delivered very well packaged and on time. There was a small problem with my second order but Lyco were extremely prompt and very efficient in resolving the issue to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely shop with them again and have no hesitation in highly recommending their products and the excellent customer service.

Prompt service. Good price. Items well packed but one bulb broken in a pack of ten (out of a hundred ordered). Probably didn't happen in transit and the tinkling of glass was obvious. This should probably have been picked up during packing hence the 'Poor' rating for the bulbs themselves.

I am sorry you received a damaged lamp. Because of the nature of the goods this does happen occasionally but I can assure you we would never knowingly dispatch a broken item.
