“I have discovered that the 20 Sylvania GU10 lamps that I bought from Lyco for over £2.50 each I could have bought from CPC for£1.33 each. Lyco are therefore almost twice as dear and there can be no justification for this discrepancy.”

Mr Tulloch, we were shocked to see your comments on pricing as we invest a lot of time and effort in ensuring our prices are always competitively priced. On investigation we have found that you are not actually comparing the right product, you are comparing a 2500 hr Sylvania product against our 4000 hour Sylvania product. We are actually .43p cheaper than CPC as you can see from the below descriptions. “I liked the tracking service from which it was easy to see that the couple of days delay was due to Fedex and not Lyco but 5 days to deliver is not at all bad and the delivery man was very polite. The product is exactly as described. The web site is good and the price is very competitive for a product you can't get elsewhere. I wish you all the best.”
