Thank you for your feedback Mr Fance we have checked into recent sales of the Incandescent lamp that you purchased and our initial investigations show that we have had a very low return rate on this product. Unfortunately these types of bulbs do not travel well and whilst we have taken every effort to ensure they arrive with our customers in good working order, the nature of the product is such that we will inevitably have some damages during transportation. We are always looking at alternative packaging materials and have found that the materials we are currently using has been a major factor in reducing the number of reported damages. We are of course happy to replace or credit you for any faulty items that you report to us provided they are within the warranty period. “Simple Ordering System Speedy Delivery, but could have been sent by a cheaper method to the customer and less packaging could have been used, whilst still protecting the contents”

Thank you for your order. We have tried many styles/types of packaging and delivery methods but have found the current ones to be the best for our needs. The packaging is all recycled and recyclable and has cut down greatly on damages, whilst Fedex have proved themselves efficient and reliable at a reasonable cost. Jayne Bates Customer Service
