“Simple Ordering System Speedy Delivery, but could have been sent by a cheaper method to the customer and less packaging could have been used, whilst still protecting the contents”

Thank you for your order. We have tried many styles/types of packaging and delivery methods but have found the current ones to be the best for our needs. The packaging is all recycled and recyclable and has cut down greatly on damages, whilst Fedex have proved themselves efficient and reliable at a reasonable cost. Jayne Bates Customer Service

“I have discovered that the 20 Sylvania GU10 lamps that I bought from Lyco for over £2.50 each I could have bought from CPC for£1.33 each. Lyco are therefore almost twice as dear and there can be no justification for this discrepancy.”

Mr Tulloch, we were shocked to see your comments on pricing as we invest a lot of time and effort in ensuring our prices are always competitively priced. On investigation we have found that you are not actually comparing the right product, you are comparing a 2500 hr Sylvania product against our 4000 hour Sylvania product. We are actually .43p cheaper than CPC as you can see from the below descriptions.
