“I had issues with DPD the courier. I wasn't going to be in when they scheduled the delivery so I asked for the delivery to a local shop - this was accepted and then later rejected with no reason. It took two further attempts to deliver before I finally received the package”

“I ordered two lots of florescent lights and one florescent fitting, service is excellent.Packaging is very good, no chance of any damage in the post.The only point to make is that the next day service is £6 or 2~3 days for £4, not too bad for a courier service but maybe some revisions here? All in all, a nice experience from Lyco, will do business again. Cheers Darren”
