Make sure the items are delivered to the correct address. My item was delivered to the wrong address and the person had opened my parcel. I received it a day later.
When I chased this up with Lyco no one contacted me via email and someone left a message on my mobile. When I got the message I had in fact received my parcel so I did not ring the person back.
