“There was a problem with my payment not going through which I confirmed with my credit card issuer. Lyco's payment vetter let me know that my order could not be shipped but was not at his desk when I called him back. But an email to lyco was soon answered by a very pleasant lady who took the payment again over the phone and all was well. It delayed delivery by a day but that didn't really matter in the end.”
