“Very poor. The item was never delivered despite several phone calls. Excuses ranged from an inability to find the house, there being no house name to no one being at home. I left clear instructions with the reception staff ( who were all very sympathetic and did their best) where the house was located. There is a house name. I was at home on each occasion.”

“I paid an Electrician £40 to install the light and it seemed ok when he left but it will never come on straight away but takes several minutes to come on trying both switches in the kitchen as we are both in our eighties and disabled it is very dangerous is it a fault with it what can we do”

“I needed some lighting asap and Lyco did not let me down. Order is delivered next day and delivery company send you a text indicating which hour slot it will arrive in. Products I bought are good quality and we'll priced. Will use again. Thanks”

“Service excellent, but these bulbs have a terrible colour light . Bought as cool white but they give out a warm light. Have since replaced them as they stood out against the others in the house New LED'S are still only 4000k but give out the correct colour”
