“Make sure the items are delivered to the correct address. My item was delivered to the wrong address and the person had opened my parcel. I received it a day later. When I chased this up with Lyco no one contacted me via email and someone left a message on my mobile. When I got the message I had in fact received my parcel so I did not ring the person back.”

“I ordered the lantern and it was on site the next day; just like last time. The Genoa hanging lantern was at a very reasonable price. The lantern needed a little self assembly which wasn't difficult, and it's a simple matter to shorten the chain and flex to suit the ceiling height. I can't fault 'em.”

“Ordered 25 w coloured gls bulbs (pack of 10)- arrived within 3 days. Always do get brilliant service from Lyco at a great price . Only place I seem to be able to get these bulbs for the ageing fairy lights. Must keep them going as long as possible - it?s a tradition.Thanks Lyco keep up the excellent service.”
