“Brilliant! Find it on the website, order it, and it's delivered really quickly. On the rare occasions I haven't found what I wanted on site, a quick phone call to Lyco and their helpful staff have got me sorted.”

“Lyco are useful to me with regard to more specialist lamps that are not commonly available eleswhere. Delivery times are excellent. Customer service is good especially when dealing with replacements, breakages, etc.”

“Good website very easy to use system and excellent range of products. Shame the whole thing was spoilt by a 5 day delivery from Fedex and the package badly squashed, products fortunately saved by the good internal protection by Lyco.”

I am pleased you were happy with the website and the service we offer but would like to look into why the delivery was so very late, at the moment it looks like the day the delivery was due Fri 8/7 they could not find you address but then took the parcel out the next working day Mon 11/7 and was then signed for. Apologies for the delay this is not usual for Fedex, we have found them to be extremely conscientious. Kim Puttick Customer Service Manager
