Fairly easy to use although I found the categorisation / grouping on website a bit unhelpful. Could be because the product is a bit off mainstream. I would be interested to receive information about options for when the incandescent bulbs are no longer available.

Outstanding service, though I buy the T8 flourescent tubes that go with these starters elsewhere as they are around half the Lyco price!

I was surprised there were so many different sizes in both diameter and length for what I thought would be an industry standard replacement for a kitchen under unit fluorescent tube. The best bit was I was able to telephone and speak to someone who new their products and could say "yes that replacement tube is the one you need" and it was.

Thank you for leaving feedback. Unfortunately our carriage charges are governed by the carrier we use but we believe the cost is far outweighed by the excellent service they provide. We have had a huge reduction in damages, late deliveries and general problems and all parcels are traceable from the point of dispatch giving the customer a far improved service. An excellent, next day delivery service. I received the light in very good order and it looked exactly the same as the illustration shown on Lyco's website.
